Reefers Club

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Reefers Club Co. Ltd (“Reefers Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of reefers.club. By signing in, joining, or using Reefers Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
Reefers Club is a private, invite-only community for adults. You must be at least 20 years old to join or use it. By using Reefers Club, you confirm that you are 20 or older and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. What Reefers Club is, and is not
Reefers Club is a private membership and networking community. We provide access to that community and a member identity within it. Reefers Club does not sell, supply, distribute, broker, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or any other controlled substance. We do not provide medical, health, or legal advice. Anything shared within the community is for general, social, and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your own conduct, both on the platform and elsewhere, complies with the laws of Thailand and of any place where you are located.
3. Membership and invites
Membership is by invitation and is granted at our discretion. Invites are personal to you. You may not sell, auction, publicly post, or transfer your invites for value. Each invite is single use. Misuse of the invite system, including sharing invites publicly, selling them, or using automated tools, may lead to suspension or removal. We may issue, limit, decline, suspend, or revoke membership and invites at our discretion.
4. Your account
You access Reefers Club by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to treat other members with respect and to follow the community standards we set, including the in-product code of conduct. You agree not to use Reefers Club to harass others, to post spam, to break the law, or to arrange or promote the illegal sale or supply of cannabis or any controlled substance.
6. Our content and brand
The Reefers Club name, the website, its design, and its content belong to Reefers Club Co. Ltd. You may not copy, reuse, or pass them off as your own without our permission.
7. Third-party services
Reefers Club relies on services such as Google and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Disclaimers
Reefers Club is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We are not responsible for the conduct of members or for anything that happens between members on or off the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefers Club Co. Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, from the conduct of other members, or from third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Reefers Club at any time. We may suspend or end your membership if you breach these Terms, or at our discretion. When membership ends, your right to access the community ends.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Continued use of Reefers Club after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
